Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the school’s digital infrastructure, including the official website, academic portal, CBT (Computer-Based Test) exams, and social media platforms. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our digital operations support the effective delivery of academic and administrative services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management:
- Regularly update content, news, events, and academic information.
- Ensure website functionality, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- CBT Exams Administration:
- Set up, configure, and maintain CBT software and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support during examinations.
- Coordinate data uploads and manage results reporting.
- Academic Portal Maintenance:
- Oversee portal access for students, applicants, and staff.
- Provide support for registrations, payments, results, and record keeping.
- Liaise with developers and vendors for upgrades and technical fixes.
- Social Media Management:
- Create and post engaging content across official platforms.
- Promote school events, achievements, and announcements.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries and messages professionally.
- Technical Support:
- Provide IT support for staff and students as needed.
- Maintain computer labs, networks, and digital equipment.
- Ensure regular backups and data security protocols.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing websites, portals, or CBT systems.
- Good knowledge of WordPress, database systems (e.g., MySQL), and exam software.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and graphic design basics (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
