About the College Bursar
Mr bini et francis had his secondary school education at agbaho grammer school between 1971 and 1975 and obtained west africa school certificates. Division 2. There after he attended the institute of continue education warri, from 1975 to 1977 and obtained higher school certificate (Hsc). In 1979 He got admission to the university of Benin Edo State, where he studied accounting and graduated with a Bsc. Second class honor upper division. Since then he has written many profession exams in accounting and had the following professional qualifications.
- Certified for forensics account in may 2012.
- Earlier on, he had passed the institute of chattered account of nigeria examination final stage which qualified him as associate ACA in january 1987.
- He is also a member of the chattered institute of taxation of Nigeria and a fellow of the institute of chattered account of Nigeria.
Leadership and Responsibilities
Having worked as auditor in a statutory firm of chatter accountant between 1983 and 2003 he join Delta state University, Abraka as a chief internal auditor in 2003. He rose to the position of director, internal audit before retiring in November 2022.
He is currently a contract staff of St. Francis Catholic College of Nursing Sciences, Okpara-Inland, as the college bursar performing all the job expected as a College Bursar
Vision for the Institution
My vision for the college is to ensure that it produces information relevant for aiding management decision making in terms of reliability at the appropriate time. With this as a manage tool it will elevate the financial operation to a level that will be competitive with the highest nursing colleges in Nigeria
